Working to being FiT and FaB

When was the last time I lifted? Probably months ago, playing around with 2kg dumbells -_- Definitely not impressive at all.

So this week I've decided to lift again, this time with 5.6kg dumbells. The starting part was very...sluggish, rusted even. I felt like a grandma trying to lift her grandson to no avail. Fortunately, no casualties and I've managed to do some squats, sit ups, other styles I don't know what the names are...but it was very satisfying. I was sweating like a bloody pig and my muscles still sore until now, so worth the effort.

Why I start doing this again? Because for some unknown reasons, I searched Tumblr for hot men and abs and all kinds of shits and I stumbled with this picture of a very beautiful woman, with such sexy, impressive figure. I mean, look at her abs man! She looked so confident, happy even. And I was furious (a bit envious) because I've never looked like that my whole life and BAAAM, there, motivation.

Can't wait for my own transformation, will take some time but definitely will worth it :)
